I use the same process as the other sites I have done before by clicking on "Sites" / "Create New Site", choosing the "Template" I want use and design the pages. I log-in normally by clicking the Mobirise icon on my desktop, log in with email address, password. Sorry, I am a bit confused about your message regarding "you can't use extensions until you log in again"? I have never before used extensions logging in. There were a number of templates (when I downloaded the new version) that needed updating but the The "Hotel template" had no update to run? This is still giving problems every time I work on this specific template and when I log-out, using the "Acount Tab" it prompts me to reinstall? I raised this with yourselves when it happened and was prompted to update the Mobirise platform to the new version 4.8.7. When I click the green button the "bubbles" as per my second image I sent you just hangs and doesn't install at all? I created a site using the Hotel M4 template and when I uploaded it to a file/server, everything was OK and it uploaded, however, when I then go to the "Account Tab" and log out it gives me the "pop-up" as per the image? It tells me to install the template again. When I log-out from any other web-page template, it is fine. It pops up with the first image I sent you. I can log out from any other template except the Hotel M4 template, therefore I don't think it has anything to do with my firewall.
